Arunodaya youth association was started in 1982, by like-minded youths from different professional backgrounds to work on social issues affecting the most marginalized sections of the society. Initially we focused on K.Poolakunta remote village which was deprived from facilities and neglected by the government. Gradually we extended our work with the success of implementing the development activities in K.Poolakunta to nearby villages of Nallacheruvu Mandal to spread the impact. At present we are working in 215 villages of Nallacheruvu and Tanakallu Mandals of Ananthapur District focusing on the overall development of vulnerable sections of the society through education, capacity building training, awareness camps, providing opportunities to enhance skills and start own micro enterprises for their economic empowerment. Till now we reached 16000+ beneficiaries.
